Coconut Macaroon Recipe
Adapted from the book: Cruise Ship or Nursing Home by Doctors Lerner, Loman, Majors, Pellow & Shuemake
1 C. Almonds
½ C. Protein Powder
2 Cups Raw Unsweetened Flaked Coconut
2-3 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Stevia or Xylitol to taste
6-9 Tbsp. Warmed Liquid Coconut Oil
Blend ingredients together in food processor. Place tablespoon sized serving on cookie sheet & chill. Makes 12 macaroons.
